Payment Terms Policy
Per Person INR : 1500/-
Full amount is to be paid at the time of booking.
Note: Kids below 4 years will be on an FOC basis(free of cost). 4 and 4+ will be charged regularly.
Confirmation Policy
The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 5-7 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-5 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- No show: No refund.
- All refunds will be processed after deducting the registration amount as registration amount is non-refundable.
- 100% of the total trek cost should be paid 0 days before the date of booking
Refund Policy
The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
