Overview

Rajgad previously known as Murumdev, was capital of the Maratha Empire during the rule of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj for almost 26 years, after which he moved the capital to Raigad Fort.Rajgad boasts of the highest number of days stayed by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on any fort.The fort has witnessed lots of historic events, including the birth of Shivaji’s son Rajaram, the death of Shivaji’s Queen Saibai, the return of Shivaji from Agra, the burial of Afzal Khan’s head in the Mahadarwaja walls of BalleKilla.

- 10:00 PM: Report at SGNP Borivali
- 10:00 PM - 12:00 AM Pickups from Borivali, Malad, Goregaon, Andheri, Bandra, Sion, Ghatkopar, Vashi, and Kalamboli.
Pickup from Pune
- 10:00 PM - 12:00 AM Pickups from Shivaji Nagar, Nashik Patha, Bhosari, Moshi Chowk, Chakan Chowk.

Trek Day

Rajgad Trek

05:00 AM: Reach base village.
05:30 AM: Freshen up and have Breakfast.
07:00 AM: Trek Begins after a Short Introduction.
09:00 AM: Reach on top of the Fort & Explore (Padmavati Temple, Suvela Machi, Balekilla, etc.)
11:30 PM: Start descending towards Base Village.
01:30 PM: Reach the base village & Have Lunch.
03:30 PM: Start return journey to Mumbai.

Payment Terms Policy

100% of the total trek cost should be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 5-7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 3-5 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-3 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
No show: No refund.
All refunds will be processed after deducting the registration amount as registration amount is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

Notes

Double dose Vaccine certificate is mandatory.
Avoid wearing precious Jewellery while trekking, as Team TT, won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
Consuming liquor or any kind of Alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. Anybody found smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks will be expelled from the event without a refund.
Fitness & Health – Though trekking is a fun-filled activity, it demands a good amount of physical fitness. If you are under medication, please carry your medicines. During the trek, leaders will have over-the-counter medication for temporary treatment, so give them a heads up if you need any medical assistance.
Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments, and causing a general disturbance.
