Payment Terms Policy
- 100% of the total trek cost should be paid 0 days before the date of booking
Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 5-7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 3-5 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-3 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- No show: No refund.
- All refunds will be processed after deducting the registration amount as registration amount is non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
