Day 01

Meet and Greet | Departure to Harihar

Day 1, Saturday: Take Local from CSMT to Kasara fast local

The exact schedule will be shared one day before the event.

Day 02

Trek Day

Day 2, Sunday: Trek Day

04:00 am: Reach base village, freshen up and have breakfast
05:30 am: Introduction round along with rules and start the trek
08:30 am: Reach the stairs (Main attraction of Harihar) reach the top and rest for sometime
09:30 am: Enjoy the view and explore.
10:30 am: Start Descending
01:30 pm: Reach base village and have lunch
04:00 pm: Start return journey.
05:00 pm: Reach Kasara Station (Arrival Time Depends on the Pace of the Group and Traffic)
08:30 pm: Adios! Back to regular city life.

Payment Terms

100% of the total trek cost should be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 5-7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 3-5 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-3 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
No show: No refund.
All refunds will be processed after deducting the registration amount as registration amount is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

Double dose Vaccine certificate is mandatory.
Avoid wearing precious Jewellery while trekking, as Team TT, won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
Consuming liquor or any kind of Alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. Anybody found smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks will be expelled from the event without a refund.
Fitness & Health – Though trekking is a fun-filled activity, it demands a good amount of physical fitness. If you are under medication, please carry your medicines. During the trek, leaders will have over the counter medication for temporary treatment, so do give a heads up to them if you need any medical assistance.
Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing a general disturbance.
