BRIEF ITINERARY

Day 01

Meet and Greet | Camping

Day 1, Saturday:
Pickup from Mumbai: 10:00 AM: Report at SGNP Borivali
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Pickups from Borivali, Malad, Goregaon, Andheri, Bandra, Sion, Ghatkopar, Bhandup, and Thane, Biwandi bypass.Pickup from Pune
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Pickups from Shivaji Nagar, Nashik Patha, Bhosari, Moshi Chowk, Chakan Chowk.
The exact schedule will be shared one day before the event.

05:00 PM: Reach Base Village. Tent pitching activity for overnight camping.
06:00 PM: Play group games, enjoy the camping stay amidst nature, surrounded by mountains
09:00 PM: Have dinner, take rest.
10:00 PM: Lights OFF!

Day 02

Rappelling and Exploring Valley

Day 2, Sunday:

05:30 AM: Wake up call, get freshen up.
06:30 AM: Have breakfast
07:30 AM: Start our trek to the Sandhan Valley
08:00 AM: Reach At Rapelling Spot
08:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Do Rappeling Activity, Explore the valley, Relax
11:00 AM: Start walking back to the base village via the same route
12:30 PM: Reach Base Village, get freshen up and have lunch
02:00 PM: Start Return Journey
07:00 PM: Adios! Back to the regular city life

What’s included in the trip ?

- Any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, road blocks etc.

Payment Terms

100% of the total trek cost should be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 5-7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 3-5 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-3 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
No show: No refund.
All refunds will be processed after deducting the registration amount as registration amount is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

GUIDELINES

Double dose Vaccine certificate is mandatory.
Avoid wearing precious Jewellery while trekking, as Team TT, won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
Consuming liquor or any kind of Alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. Anybody found smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks will be expelled from the event without a refund.
Fitness & Health – Though trekking is a fun-filled activity, it demands a good amount of physical fitness. If you are under medication, please carry your medicines. During the trek, leaders will have over-the-counter medication for temporary treatment, so give them a heads up if you need any medical assistance.
Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments, and causing a general disturbance.
