BRIEF ITINERARY

Day 01

Meet and Greet | Departure to Rajgad

Pickup from Mumbai
- 09:00 PM: Report at SGNP Borivali
- 09:00 PM - 12:00 AM: Pickups from Borivali, Malad, Goregaon, Andheri, Bandra, Sion, Ghatkopar, Bhandup, and Thane.
Pickup from Pune
- 10:00 PM - 12:00 AM: Pickups from Shivaji Nagar, Nashik Patha, Bhosari, Moshi Chowk, Chakan Chowk.

The exact time schedule will be shared one day prior to the event.

Day 02

Trek Day

06:00 AM - Reach base village
06:30 AM - Freshen up and have your Breakfast.
08:00 AM - Trek Begins after a Short introduction and brief about the trek.
11:00 AM - Reach on top. Explore Padmavati Machi and Temple.
12:30 PM: Local Veg lunch.
02:00PM : Visit Rajgad Balekilla.
04:00 PM: Trek towards Sanjivani Machi. Enjoy the sunset at Sanjivani Machi and Back at Padmavati Temple.
09:00 PM: Dinner and Night Stay in camps

Day 03

Trek Day

05:00 AM: Wake up and freshen up.
05:30 AM: Move towards Suvela Machi for sunrise & 07:30 AM: Back to the Padmavati Temple and Breakfast.
09:30 AM: Start descending.
11:30 AM: Reach base village
12:30 PM: Have Lunch.
02:30 PM: Start return journey to Mumbai.

What’s included in the trip ?

- Transportation from Mumbai - Mumbai (Pvt Non AC Bus)
- 2 Breakfast, 2 Lunch, 1 Dinner
- Trekking Expertise Charges

What’s not included in the trip ?

- Anything other than above mentioned inclusion
- Any personal expenses such as soft drinks etc.
- Any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, road blocks etc.
- Any travel or medical insurance

Payment Terms

100% of the total trek cost should be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 5-7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 3-5 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-3 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
No show: No refund.
All refunds will be processed after deducting the registration amount as registration amount is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

GUIDELINES

Double dose Vaccine certificate is mandatory.
Avoid wearing precious Jewellery while trekking, as Team TT, won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
Consuming liquor or any kind of Alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. Anybody found smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks will be expelled from the event without a refund.
Fitness & Health – Though trekking is a fun-filled activity, it demands a good amount of physical fitness. If you are under medication, please carry your medicines. During the trek, leaders will have over-the-counter medication for temporary treatment, so give them a heads up if you need any medical assistance.
Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments, and causing a general disturbance.
