BRIEF ITINERARY

Day 01

Meet & Greet | Departure to Malshej Ghat

Pickup from Mumbai
- 10:00 PM: Report at SGNP Borivali
- 10:00 PM - 12:00 AM: Pickups from Borivali, Malad, Goregaon, Andheri, Bandra, Sion, Ghatkopar, Bhandup, and Thane.
Pickup from Pune
- 10:00 PM - 12:00 AM: Pickups from Shivaji Nagar, Nashik Patha, Bhosari, Moshi Chowk, Chakan Chowk.

The exact time schedule will be shared one day prior to the event.

Day 02

Trek Day

04.00 am: Reach Base Village
04.30 am: Breakfast and freshen up
05:00 am : Board a vehicle to the MTDC point from where the trek shall commence.
06.30 am : A short introduction and briefing, post which we'll be descending to the main jungle of Malshej Ghat.
10.00 am: An adventurous path through boulders, carved stairs and an iconic Ganpati Idol to reach the plateau.
10.30 am: We'll then move towards Waghachi wadi village and visit the Kalu waterfall from a distance of 1.5 km.
02.30 pm: Head back to the base village for Lunch.
05.30 pm: Start return journey
11.00 pm: Adios! Back to regular city life.

- Anything other than above mentioned inclusion
- Any personal expenses such as soft drinks etc.
- Any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, road blocks etc.
- Any travel or medical insurance

Payment Terms

100% of the total trek cost should be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 5-7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 3-5 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-3 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
No show: No refund.
All refunds will be processed after deducting the registration amount as the registration amount is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

GUIDELINES

Avoid wearing precious Jewellery while trekking, as Time Travelers won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
The trek leader holds the right to make any changes in the program or schedule without any prior notice. Participants will have to bear extra charges if any, unavoidable expenses occurred due to change in program or natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks etc.
Consuming liquor or any kind of Alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. Anybody found smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks will be expelled from the event without a refund.
Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments, and causing a general disturbance.
Fitness & Health – Though trekking is a fun-filled activity, it demands a good amount of physical fitness. If you are under medication, please carry your medicines. During the trek, leaders will have over-the-counter medication for temporary treatment, so give them a heads up if you need any medical assistance.
If any natural calamity happens or any accident, death, illness occurred, Time Travelers is not responsible for any loss of thing or human being.
