BRIEF ITINERARY

Day 01

Meet and Greet | Departure to Aadrai Jungle

09:00 pm: Meet the team at SGNP Main Gate, Borivali East
09:15 pm: Journey Starts, Pickup On the way
09:30 pm: Pickup from Pushpa Park, Malad
09.50 pm: Pickup from Oberoi Mall signal Bustop (After Oberoi Bridge), Goregaon
10.05 pm: Pickup from Hanuman Road bus stop (For Andheri & Vile Parle)
10.15 pm: Pickup from Kalanagar bus stop, Bandra
10.30 pm: Pickup from Sion station, (Opp to MCD/Sion Lunch Home)
10.45 pm: Pickup from Ghatkopar Highway (Bus depot corner)
11.00 pm: Pickup from Bhandup pumping (For Bhandup, Airoli and Mulund)
11.15 pm: Pickup from Teen Hath Naka - (Jai Kalika Mata Mandir), Thane
12.15 am: Pickup from Kalyan-Bhiwandi bypass

Day 02

Trek Day

Reach the base village by 3:30- 4:00 am & rest on the bus.
05:00 am - Wake up and freshen up
05:30 am - Have breakfast and tea
06:30 am - Group introduction and Trek brief
07:00 am - Trek begins to the the unexplored Aadrai Jungle. We will be crossing beautiful streams.
03:00 pm - Return to the Aadrai trek starting point.
04:00 pm - Freshen up and Lunch
05:00 pm - Return journey begins for Mumbai
09:00 pm - Approx. arrival at Mumbai.

What’s included in the trip ?

- Transportation from Mumbai - Mumbai (Pvt Non AC Bus)
- Meals as mentioned - 1 Breakfast and 1 lunch
- Trekking Expertise Charges
- Forest entry charges, permits & camping fee (if any)
- First aid kit (our guides area certified in handling first aid situations)
- All applicable taxes

What’s not included in the trip ?

- Anything other than above mentioned inclusion
- Any personal expenses such as soft drinks etc.
- Any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, road blocks etc.
- Adventure travel or medical insurance

Payment Terms

100% of the total trek cost should be paid 0 days before the date of booking

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 5-7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 3-5 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-3 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
No show: No refund.
All refunds will be processed after deducting the registration amount as registration amount is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

GUIDELINES

Avoid wearing precious Jewellery while trekking, as Time Travelers won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
The trek leader holds the right to make any changes in the program or schedule without any prior notice. Participants will have to bear extra charges if any, unavoidable expenses occurred due to change in program or natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks etc.
Consuming liquor or any kind of Alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. Anybody found smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks will be expelled from the event without a refund.
Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments, and causing a general disturbance.
Fitness & Health – Though trekking is a fun-filled activity, it demands a good amount of physical fitness. If you are under medication, please carry your medicines. During the trek, leaders will have over-the-counter medication for temporary treatment, so give them a heads up if you need any medical assistance.
If any natural calamity happens or any accident, death, illness occurred, Time Travelers is not responsible for any loss of thing or human being.
