BRIEF ITINERARY

Day 01

Meet and Greet

Meet our team at Bandra terminus by 22.00 hrs to board the train for Haridwar. Overnight on the train.

Day 02

Train Journey

We spend the entire day in the train making new friends and playing with them. We spend the night in the train.

Day 03

Haridwar- Rishikesh

By 08:20 hrs, arrive Haridwar and transfer to hotel. After breakfast & Fresh n Up, depart for Rishikesh for River Rafting at own expense & Laxman Jula. Evening visit Ganga Aarti. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04

Haridwar - Mussorie

After breakfast check out and depart for Mussorie. En route, visit Kempty Fall. Arrive at Mussorie and check-in at the hotel. In the evening visit Gandola Ride and free time for shopping at the local market. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05

Mussorie - Chopta

After breakfast, travel to Chopta from Mussoorie. After arriving in Chopta, check into the camps and rest. Explore or enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Chopta region.

Hotel: Camp Meadows or similar

Day 06

Chopta - Nainital

After breakfast, check out and proceed for the 6km Tungnath Chandrshila Trek. Evening back to Campsite. After dinner departs to Nainital. Overnight en route in the bus.

Day 07

Nainital

Arrive at Nainital & check in at the hotel. After breakfast free time for rest.After lunch proceed to visit 7 points of Nainital & Evening free time for Boating & Local Market.Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 08

Nainital - Jim Corbett - Haridwar

After breakfast check out and depart to Jim Corbett for Jungle Safari (at own cost). After Safari, depart to Haridwar. Arrive at Haridwar & check-in at the hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 09

Haridwar - Mumbai

After breakfast check out and depart to Haridwar railway station to board the train for Mumbai by 13.00hrs. Overnighte enroute in train.

Day 010

Mumbai

Arrive in Mumbai at 10.00 PM with a few long-lasting friends, and some wonderful memories. We look forward to seeing you shortly.

What’s included in the trip ?

- Hotel / camp accommodation on quad sharing as per package same or similar hotels.
- Meals as above including veg / non-veg will be served according to availability.
- Non-AC Sleeper train tickets both ways
- Trained guides will accompany to take care of the group.
- First aid kit (our guides are certified in handling first aid situations)
- All toll tax, parking, fuel and driver allowances.
- All activities and sightseeing as per itinerary

What’s not included in the trip ?

- Anything not mentioned under ‘Package Inclusions’
- All personal expenses, optional tours and extra meals.
- Rishikesh River rafting and Corbett Safari
- Any travel or medical insurance
- Any lunch or meals in train travel
- Any kind of entry fees anywhere if not mentioned in including.
- Tatkal ticket charges if ticket not confirmed or available
- Any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, road blocks etc.

Payment Terms

Registration Amount: INR 4222 per person (NON-REFUNDABLE)
2nd Installment: INR 4000 per person (30 days prior to the trip)
3rd Installment: INR 4000 per person (20 days prior to the trip)

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 30-45 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
No show: No refund.
All refunds will be processed after deducting the registration amount as the registration amount is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking

GUIDELINES

Double dose Vaccine certificate is mandatory.
Avoid wearing precious Jewellery while trekking, as Team TT, won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing a general disturbance.
